The Paralegal Intern will provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters under the general supervision of Corporate Paralegal. The intern will be exposed to a wide range of issues and practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters.
