Under close supervision, the ServiceNow Intern will assist the Service Delivery team in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. This role provides hands‑on exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, workflow automation, platform configuration, reporting, the Agile methodology and documentation. The intern will support activities such as ticket lifecycle management, basic configuration tasks, testing, data validation, and procedural and process documentation.

Under close supervision, the IT Support Intern will assist the IT Support team in providing technical support to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union employees. The intern will gain hands-on experience with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various internal systems. Typical help desk responsibilities will include answering support phone calls, responding to support tickets, assisting with hardware, software troubleshooting, setting up user accounts and supporting remote access and connectivity issues. The intern will also contribute to the ServiceNow implementation project, supporting configuration, testing, and documentation efforts.

This role focuses on tracking deposit trends, evaluating product performance, and contributing to forecasting efforts that inform pricing, growth planning, and general balance sheet management strategies. The Intern will work closely with product managers and analytics partners to translate data into actionable recommendations, strengthen performance dashboards, and support decision‑making across the organization.
