Responsibilities

The Leadership Corporate Developer is responsible for cultivating leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving performance through impactful training initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled facilitator, and passionate advocate for leadership excellence. This position involves delivering leadership training classes and workshops to team members from entry level to senior executive. The Leadership Corporate Developer will develop new training program designs, and enhance existing programs, including lesson plans and training aids.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required. Degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of training experience required.
  • 3 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs to various levels of leadership required.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and facilitation best practices.
  • Executive coaching experience or coaching certification preferred.
  • Demonstrate executive presence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS                                              

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone. 
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
  • As part of your role, you will occasionally travel between various Grow locations within the Tampa Bay Area and other related events. 
  • Qualified candidates must live in the Tampa Bay area.
