Responsible for making contact with all responsible parties on loans through telephonic or written communication in order to determine the cause for delinquency. Provides assistance and suggestions in the plan development to reinstate the member’s obligations through either repayment arrangements or other integrity sales initiatives. Offer recommendations utilizing cross-selling of Credit Union products and services. Makes recommendations to supervisor as appropriate for action considered necessary where the existing circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credit Union.

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the security systems used by the Credit Union’s Information Security Program. Assists the ISO to ensure that the Program meets or exceeds the information security standards prescribed by National Credit Union Administration regulations and other applicable federal and state information security laws and regulations.
Responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of commercial loan underwriting programs for the Business Solutions Unit. Assist with the monitoring and compliance of all commercial portfolio loans while ensuring regulatory requirements are met to mitigate risk for the Credit Union. Assist with the underwriting analysis of financial information for the processing of commercial loan approvals/denials. Loan credits range from $50,000 - $ 15,000,000. Works with Business Solutions Loan Origination Specialist(s) to assist with technical documentation and loan processing functions. Reports underwriting results to Loan Officers, Relationship Managers, AVP, Senior Commercial Executive and Business Loan Committee. Assists all lenders with structuring of commercial loans and miscellaneous detail associated with the underwriting of commercial loans
Under general supervision, learns to perform duties in Risk Management. This position has the responsibility for supporting risk management activities related to risk assessments and practices. This includes non-financial risk assessments, risk reviews, and supporting GRC software activities. Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize data into actionable insights. Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.

The Finance Management Program (FMP) provides the opportunity to move through multiple rotational assignments within the Chief Financial Officer’s organization. The FMP is an eighteen-month program that focuses on multiple rotations within the finance organization including, accounting, financial planning and analysis, analytics, treasury, pricing and financial operations. The program will also include business rotations in the following areas: Branches, HR, Risk, Consumer and Commercial Lending and Marketing. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the CFO group and Grow Financial.
Our goal is for the FMP to participate in a variety of activities that will foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Grow’s vision and culture. You will participate in Grow events, networking activities, community service activities, training and will be provided the opportunity to further develop leadership skills.
Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning and data mining. Responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of business problems as it relates to the visibility (insights), and feasibility an analytic solution would provide. Works closely with functional areas and business leaders to identify analytical requirements. This includes development and deployment of analytic models, supporting overall Grow and departmental strategic objectives, recommending profitable and/or cost-effective solutions that enhance member experiences or modernize processes; and collaborating with business partners to promote data-driven decision making.
Data Analytics
- Interprets and analyzes large amounts of data using exploratory mathematical and statistical techniques.
- Builds predictive models, selects features, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
- Identifying and extending credit union’s data capabilities with third-party sources of information.
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
Business Analysis
- Works with functional areas and business leaders to identify analytical requirements and define a problem statement.
- Identify assumptions, limitations, constraints, and the key metrics of success to business problems.
- Summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate recommendations and key metrics requested by management and various business lines.
- Advise business partners on options, constraints, risks, costs, and benefits of proposed projects.

They work with minimal supervision as a member of an Agile Scrum or Kanban team to evaluate project requirements, design technical solutions, and write, configure, test, and deliver software for moderately complex projects. The Programmer Analyst proactively collaborates with senior team members to validate technical approaches, ensure code quality/standards, and expand their understanding of core systems and integrated systems and interfaces. They also identify and resolve operational issues with existing applications and technical processes.
