The Business Transformation Strategist provides advisory support, direction and guidance to assigned resources, stakeholders and executives of the projects and/or program as well as educates and creates awareness of Process Improvement / Transformation methodologies across the Credit Union.

*This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week.*
Under general supervision, learns to perform duties as a Financial Analyst in cash management. This position has the responsibility for supporting analytical activities related to cash operations and transactions. This includes ATM, Credit and Debit Card, and ACH transaction activities. Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize it into actionable insights. Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
Internship to start immediately.
Competitive pay starting at $17/hr.
The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for the development, growth and retention of the business loan and deposit portfolio. Responsible for the overall commercial lending efforts of the credit union including, but not limited to:
- Recruiting potential clients and building this segment of business.
- Developing and implementing competitive loan products and depository products.
- Training financial center staff in all manner of business lending.
- The origination, processing, presentation, closing and tracking of business loan applications and closed loans.
- Ensures product and portfolio compliance with NCUA and other applicable laws and regulations.
This position will cover the Columbia and Charleston markets.

Responsible for making contact with all responsible parties on high risk/high balance loans through telephonic or written communication in order to determine the cause for delinquency. Provide analysis and feedback to supervisor as to appropriate action considered necessary where the existing circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credit Union. Provide assistance with training of new employees and assist with departmental training as needed.
The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional customer service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mission, vision and core values.
Under minimal supervision: Responsible for the coordination and timely completion of all activities pertaining to ACH debit/credit processing and balancing. Complies with NACHA rules and regulations. Must be able to work rotating shifts between the hours of 7:00am – 8:00pm. Must be able to perform all related job functions of the Wires/Settlements Specialist. Provides support and leadership to the ACH and Wire/Settlement staff. Ability to work overtime when needed.
Director of Retail Process Improvement is responsible for understanding, analyzing and supporting all retail operations processes. This includes in-depth understating, evaluation and research of process flows, gap analysis, software systems and store regulatory requirements. Manages a team of support staff for the front-line employees. Develops on-going training programs in conjunction with other department managers to increase skill development, communication and engagement that will improve organizational performance. Responsible for training and inspection of policies, procedures and new products and services. Responsible for store operational audits and makes recommendations for change/improvement.
