The Commercial Loan Sales Manager is responsible for the management of commercial loan origination, leads a team of Commercial Loan Officers, and represents Grow Financial in the community. Primarily responsible for the attainment of commercial real estate loans, deposit and ancillary product goals. Provides operational guidance and sales leadership to loan officers. Oversee the origination, processing, and sale of commercial loans. This position will spend time in our communities networking, doing business development and building relationships that help drive business to our Business Solutions team. The Commercial Loan Sales Manager works with members, credit union staff (including credit administration, quality control, compliance, outside vendors, and partners to achieve departmental goals. Will collaborate closely with the VP of Commercial Solutions to align with strategic goals and implement a plan to rapidly grow the size of our commercial portfolio.
