The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for the development, growth and retention of the business loan and deposit portfolio. Responsible for the overall commercial lending efforts of the credit union including, but not limited to: - Recruiting potential clients and building this segment of business. - Developing and implementing competitive loan products and depository products. - Training financial center staff in all manner of business lending. - The origination, processing, presentation, closing and tracking of business loan applications and closed loans. - Ensures product and portfolio compliance with NCUA and other applicable laws and regulations. This position will cover the Greater Tampa  Bay area.

Directs and oversees facility operations to maximize the utilization of Credit Union assets. Manages all aspects of Corporate Real Estate, including but not limited to facilities management, real estate management, construction project management, capital budgets planning, and building services. Responsible for financial management and forecasting for corporate real estate portfolio.

This position has the overall responsibility of leading all activities related to financial planning and analysis for the credit union. The Sr. Lending Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of the lending origination system (LOS) and managing the Lending Systems Product Backlog. This role will work closely with the AVP Lending Originations Systems to develop and deliver the highest value lending system enhancements and fixes to support the goals of the Consumer Lending Department and the overall organization. This role will be actively involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of work on the Lending Originations Systems Development team to include analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Applies thorough knowledge of systems and processes to provide systems administration support.
