The Commercial Loan Officer will be esponsible for the development, growth and retention of the business loan and deposit portfolio. The Management Development Program (MDP) is an eight-teen month program that focuses on operational management including, accounting, operational support, lending and internal support departments within Grow Financial.  The MDP program provides the opportunity to move through several rotational assignments within the organization. The rotation will include the Front Office, HR, Risk, Lending and Audit. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of operations and a broad range of skills.    Our goal is for the trainee to participate in a variety of activities that foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Grow’s vision and culture.  You will participate in MDP events, networking activities, training and you will be encouraged to further develop leadership skills.   Based on satisfactory performance and completion of the program, the MDP will be offered a position within the company.

The Finance Management Trainee Program (FMP) provides the opportunity to move through multiple rotational assignments within the Chief Financial Officer’s organization. The FMP is an eighteen-month program that focuses on multiple rotations within the finance organization including, accounting, financial planning and analysis, analytics, treasury, pricing and financial operations. The rotation will also include the Front Office, HR, Risk, Lending and Marketing. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the CFO group and Grow Financial.   Our goal is for the trainee to participate in a variety of activities that will foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Grow’s vision and culture.  You will participate in Grow events, networking activities, community service activities, training and will be provided the opportunity to further develop leadership skills.    Based on satisfactory performance and completion of the program, the FMP will be offered a position within the company.

JOB SUMMARY: Requiring minimal supervision, the Database Administrator provides effective use of Agile methods for KANBAN or SCRUM by coordinating workflow of tasks to ensure uptime of databases in support of achievement of business requirements. The Database Administrator’s goal is to achieve a seamless flow of information throughout the organization, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for employees and members.     JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Install, upgrade, maintain, and secure database systems and applications used by the database systems. - Establish and maintain database standards. Establish database standards compliance through education and governance team. - Effectively manage database access through collaboration with business partners and information security team.  - Establish cadence for performance tuning of database systems. Collaborate with infrastructure team when resource adjustments are needed. - Utilize change management protocol when making any changes to the database system that may cause disruption, loss of flow of information or otherwise undesired outcome for the organization. - Establish and maintain database system recovery procedures. Establish cadence to exercise the database system recovery procedure to ensure it is properly working.  - Establish infrastructure for database error notification and procedure for troubleshooting database errors. Establish escalation procedure and educate support team on how to respond to errors. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Enhances knowledge through mentorship, and other forms of learning. Takes part in credit union sponsored learning and external learning. Uses many different avenues for learning, webinars, community meetings, conferences, and certifications. - Keeps supervisor informed of special staffing, emerging technologies and other resources needed to enhance productivity. Presents justification for all recommendations.
