The Paralegal Intern will provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters under the general supervision of Corporate Paralegal. The intern will be exposed to a wide range of issues and practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters. They will support the team by reviewing contracts, extracting term dates and other relevant provisions, and adding completing data entry. Works under general objectives established by the department, utilizing a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and in performing duties that are confidential in nature.
