The Senior IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users across the credit union. Advanced technical support includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and related systems, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and member service excellence. The Senior IT Support Specialist serves as a key escalation point for complex technical issues, and will collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves mentoring staff, maintaining knowledge articles/documentation, and managing IT projects such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, system patches and upgrades.
