The Director of Service Delivery is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of IT service delivery across the organization. This includes oversight of the performance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. Ensures timely and effective resolution of user issues and projects. Direct management of staff who manage the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for incident, request, change, and asset management. The role ensures that IT services are aligned with business needs, meet agreed service levels, and deliver a high-quality user experience. The manager will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and drive initiatives to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
