Responsible for monitoring the security systems used by the Credit Union’s Information Security Program. Assists the ISO to ensure that the Program meets or exceeds the information security standards prescribed by National Credit Union Administration regulations and other applicable federal and state information security laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required.
• One-year experience in network administration required.
• Knowledge of Windows, UNIX and TCP/IP required. 
• Working knowledge of Internet content filtering software and virus protection methods required.
• Working knowledge of DLP, application control, intrusion detection systems and VPN’s  desired. 
• Familiarity with encryption technologies and hands-on usage of encryption tools and tunneling techniques preferred.
• Microsoft Server, Exchange and 365 experience preferred.
• Microsoft and Security system certification desirable.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

• This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
