Responsibilities

Serves as power data user for all Enterprise Operations, providing appropriate reporting, analysis, and insights required to assist leadership in managing and enhancing operations functions.  Provides support for all data systems within Enterprise Operations including Payment Operations, Servicing Operations, Contact Center, Digital/Video Support, and Enterprise Operations Support. Uses analytic skills to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, streamline workflows, and develop consistent and stable processes with a focus on first contact resolution and satisfactory member experience.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Three years of strong analytical experience required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, data analysis tools and software to effectively present data.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with capacity to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes, technologies, and industry trends.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

  • This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
