Responsibilities

The Sr. Lending Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of the lending origination system (LOS) and managing the Lending Systems Product Backlog. This role will work closely with the AVP Lending Originations Systems to develop and deliver the highest value lending system enhancements and fixes to support the goals of the Consumer Lending Department and the overall organization. This role will be actively involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of work on the Lending Originations Systems Development team to include analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Applies thorough knowledge of systems and processes to provide systems administration support.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Three years in system administration, to include LOS system development, knowledge of writing business rules in LOS environment, troubleshooting and testing required.
  • One year of experience in Project Management, Management, Team Lead, or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with JSON mapping, Advanced MS Excel functions like formulas, JavaScript coding, Conceptual familiarity with Plug-ins and API is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, DecisionLender 4 loan origination system and Symitar preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, organization and documentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion.

  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

  • This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations
