Responsibilities

The Relationship Specialist will provide superior member service to all members of Grow FinancialRelationship Specialists will be responsible for offering a full range of products and services such as processing transactions, opening deposit and savings accounts, discussing loan products, while providing a level of expertise that is unmatched in the industry. 

 

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • This position requires that the employee possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement; strong interpersonal skills in a team environment a must. 
  • Basic math skills required. 
  • Demonstrated service skills. 
  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment.
  • Must meet the necessary qualifications to obtain NMLS licensing.
  • Must be available and flexible to work Saturday hours and after hours when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to see and hear, write and speak English; bi-lingual helpful. 
  • Must be able to type repetitive keystrokes.
  • Must be able sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Traditional office setting.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
  • Travel to other branches or locations required as needed.
