    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the development, revision and implementation of training programs to improve organizational and individual performance and productivity. Additional responsibilities include coaching, evaluating, and measuring quality and member loyalty at all member touch points, recognizing, rewarding, and motivating staff with People Development Group programs. Supports the credit union’s guiding principles and all organizational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university is required.
    • Two years of corporate training experience preferred.
    • Mature judgment, excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and facilitation skills, PC skills, including Microsoft Applications, and proofreading skills.
    • Must be able to read, speak and write English. 
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods of time at a computer using repetitive keystrokes.  Some bending and stretching will also be required.
    • Flexibility in schedule and some travel required.
