    Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business solutions team.

    • Directly supervises the daily processing of commercial loan requests and servicing of our business members.
    • Monitor, coach, and review the performance of the support team. Ensure that world class service is being delivered to both our internal and external members and service standards are being maintained. 
    • Responsible for managing the processing, servicing and quality control of all credit files and business member relationships to ensure that we are compliant with NCUA rules and regulations and Grow Policy and Procedures.
    • Works with underwriting and LUCRO (CUSO) to assure quality standards in the loan process.
    • Works with the VP/Business Solutions on all business functions regarding all business products and services. 
    • Monitors all phases of the business solutions support team including: supporting the store network, working closely with 3rd party vendors in providing application support and issue resolution for the department and members and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding Business Solutions products and services. 
    • Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mantra and guiding principles.


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field preferred.
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in business, consumer or commercial lending with emphasis on commercial loan documentation preparation required.
    • At least 2 years supervisory experience required; Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
    • Thorough knowledge of Symitar software system or experience on related systems.
    • Experience helpful in Wolters Klewers Cash Suite and Workflow.
    • Demonstrated ability to process complex commercial loan requests including construction loans

    • Member service through lending and/or product sales.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of programs and coordination of projects/programs with other departments or 3rd party vendors.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and use mature judgment in a fast paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and data-based systems.
    • Ability to handle various projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods and wear a headset.
