    This position has the overall responsibility for the enterprise ATM fleet. Specific ATM responsibilities include coordinating installation of new ATMs as well as updates to existing fleet; proactively monitoring day-to-day ATM functionalities; resolving ATM issues timely and escalating issues when appropriate; analyzing ATM data and trends to ensure ATMs are functioning at maximum capacity; and staying abreast of ATM market trends. This position serves as a subject matter expert to internal team members and external members on all topics related to ATMs, processes, procedures, applicable regulations, and industry trends. Additional responsibilities include providing support and/or substitution for other Deposit Services Administrators with a broad understanding of Cards and Retail Deposit products and services.


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
    • Three years ATM experience is required with extensive knowledge of ATM market trends, processes, procedures, and applicable regulations.
    • One year experience within Deposit Services is preferred. Plus, broad understanding of Cards, and Retail Deposit products and services.
    • Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
    • Ability to convey thoughts and information across multiple business units.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
    • Must be an analytical thinker and problem solver as well as possess and display exceptional organizational and communication skills including presentation skills.
    • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines with no/minimal supervision.
    • Sitting, typing, and computer monitor viewing for extended periods required. Must be able to type and perform repetitive key strokes.Must be able to see. Must be able to hear and use a telephone. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
    • Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
    • Must be available to work Monday thru Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Must also be available during off hours including weekends and holidays.
