    Responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing team, including but not limited to: advertising campaign expenditure tracking, general budgeting, vendor management, event coordination/staffing, clerical work, team and relationship building.




    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing and/or advertising or related field from an accredited university required.
    • Three to five years of administrative experience required.
    • A minimum of three years experience managing financial processes required; e.g. budgets, expense reports, purchase orders and check requests.
    • Willingness to work occasional events during non-standard hours including nights and weekends.
    • Sitting for extended periods, repetitive keystrokes, daily lifting of reports and supply orders of (5-10 pounds) and other lifting up to 30 pounds.
    • Must be able read, write, and speak English.
