    The Compensation/HR Analyst is an integral part of the Human Resources team. The Compensation/HR Analyst supports the design, development, analysis and implementation of compensation programs. Maintains performance review schedules, compensation structures and annual merit/bonus analysis. Assists with HRIS systems administration and day-to-day activities, including providing support to employees and vendor processes. Performs HR reporting and analytics, as needed. Supports the Payroll Coordinator with processing bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, payroll taxes, year-end procedures and W-2s for multi-state employees.


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
    • 2 - 3 years payroll, compensation/HR analysis and/or HRIS systems experience required.
    • ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise eTIME experience preferred.
    • Advanced Excel skills required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
    • Must be able to read, speak and write English.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods of time at a computer using repetitive key strokes.
