    Paygrade: 70

    Responsibilities

    This individual is expected to assist in planning consistent content, writing original copy, and sharing content across website, email, social media platforms, blog and print materials. This individual is also expected to monitor the organization’s social channels, provide customer service and engage with members and potential members through social media.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communication/PR or related field, from an accredited college or university required.
    • Two years of organizational communications/marketing experience required.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, proofing and project management skills are essential.
    • Experience with social media platforms and working with e-mail templates is preferred.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products as well as converting print and graphics files for online publishing.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn, enthusiastic, motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment is required.
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
    • Must be able to read and speak English.
