JOB SUMMARY: The HR Analyst is an integral part of the Human Resources team. The HR Analyst supports the design, development, analysis and implementation of compensation and benefit programs including HRIS systems enhancements. Performs all Payroll-related responsibilities. Maintains performance review schedules, compensation structures, annual merit/bonus analysis, and all aspects of benefits administration including leave management. Assists with HRIS systems administration, day-to-day and annual enrollment activities plus provide support to internal employees and vendor processes. HR Reporting as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Minimum of 3 years payroll and/or accounting experience required. ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise eTIME experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent math skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Must be able to read, speak and write English. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods of time at a computer using repetitive key strokes. Some bending and stretching will also be required.
