    Under indirect supervision, the Senior Programmer/Analyst provides effective use of Agile frameworks, such as KANBAN or SCRUM, to coordinate tasks in support of the achievement of business requirements. Provides discussion and direction of the design and development of solutions for the organization. Specifies the required logical interfaces between related programs or processes. Defines and corrects operational difficulties encountered in existing applications.







    • One or more related certifications such as Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Scaled Agile – Leading SAFe – SAFe Agilist Certification Training are a plus.
    • Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of computer science or comparable work experience in design and developing business solutions.
    • 5-7 years’ experience with graphical user interface design.
    • 5-7 years’ experience in object oriented programming.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in the utilization of the application life cycle management process.
    • 2 years’ experience designing, profiling and administering relational databases.
    • 3 years’ experience in web design and development. 1 year experience with ASP.NET is desired.
    • 1-2 years experience administering and configuring web servers is desired.
    • 1 year experience in financial industry helpful.
    • Must demonstrate superior communication/interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational skills, exercise exceptional independent judgment, effectively prioritize work, and maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.
    • Must be able to read and speak English
