The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for the development, growth and retention of the business loan and deposit portfolio. Responsible for the overall commercial lending efforts of the credit union including, but not limited to:
- Recruiting potential clients and building this segment of business.
- Developing and implementing competitive loan products and depository products.
- Training financial center staff in all manner of business lending.
- The origination, processing, presentation, closing and tracking of business loan applications and closed loans.
- Ensures product and portfolio compliance with NCUA and other applicable laws and regulations.
This position will cover the Greater Tampa Bay area.
The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional customer service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mission, vision and core values.
Directs and oversees facility operations to maximize the utilization of Credit Union assets. Manages all aspects of Corporate Real Estate, including but not limited to facilities management, real estate management, construction project management, capital budgets planning, and building services. Responsible for financial management and forecasting for corporate real estate portfolio.
Responsible for facilitating and creating strong business relationships with members. Manage an assigned portfolio of members to ensure that the ultimate banking experience is provided by having continual contact, understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. Refer and be a liaison between banking partners, 3rd party vendors and the member when necessary. Have a constant presence in assigned stores to build a solid partnership with the front line, bring awareness about business solutions, and serve as a resource. Work closely with loan officers and assist with periodic reviews, servicing the member and renewals. Utilize the Member Relationship Management (MRM) system. Grow assigned portfolio and meet assigned goals. Process loan applications less than 250K; refer requests greater than 250K to a loan officer. Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mantra and guiding principles.
This role will primarily cover South Tampa to North St Pete.
Branch Leader who serves as the administrative and operational subject matter expert. Responsible for understanding retail operations processes, policies, and systems used by the credit union. Supervises, mentors, motivates and coaches team members to achieve organizational and store goals. Increases member retention through coaching and training team members to provide world class member service. Supports the Branch Manager; manages the store in their absence. Responsible for operational tasks and overall operational excellence of the Branch. Partners with the Branch Manager to ensure community presence and promote the Grow brand.

The system administrator manages and maintains our core financial system platform: Jack Henry Symitar, AIX Unix, IBM Power Servers, Pure Storage, monitoring/alerting tools, security, and related applications. This role involves complex infrastructure support and projects, including design, analysis, maintenance, and implementation of core system updates/patches, performance management, high availability, and disaster recovery processes.
The Sr. Lending Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of the lending origination system (LOS) and managing the Lending Systems Product Backlog. This role will work closely with the AVP Lending Originations Systems to develop and deliver the highest value lending system enhancements and fixes to support the goals of the Consumer Lending Department and the overall organization. This role will be actively involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of work on the Lending Originations Systems Development team to include analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Applies thorough knowledge of systems and processes to provide systems administration support.
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the security systems used by the Credit Union’s Information Security Program. Assists the ISO to ensure that the Program meets or exceeds the information security standards prescribed by National Credit Union Administration regulations and other applicable federal and state information security laws and regulations.
The Program Owner will ensure successful achievement of cross-functional programs and projects by leading the planning, organization and coordination of large enterprise initiatives. Enterprise initiatives involve multiple stakeholders, sponsors and business units operating across the credit union and may include external vendors.
