Grow Financial is looking for a collaborator who will be trusted with the development and evolution of our visual brand. We want you to push the boundaries of highly-relevant, quality graphic design in all that you do. You will have an opportunity to affect the look and feel of our ad campaigns, stores, website, social media and online/mobile banking platforms. You’re never satisfied with your design capabilities and here, you will have opportunity to develop new skills and exercise your unique creative talents. You pay attention to trends and are excited to try new things in an environment where you are encouraged to fail early and often in the pursuit of success. When called upon, you are extremely comfortable articulating your design rationale to your peers and senior leadership.
Bachelors in marketing, advertising, fine arts, or related field required, with an emphasis on graphic design and production. Minimum 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience with demonstrated skill through a portfolio or design samples. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on a Macintosh computer, as well as basic PC skills. Extensive experience designing for digital channels, i.e. social and web is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. Must be able to read and speak English.
