Responsibilities

The Relationship Specialist will provide superior member service to all members of Grow FinancialRelationship Specialists will be responsible offering a full range of products and services such as processing transactions, opening deposit and savings accounts, discussing loan products, while providing a level of expertise that is unmatched in the industry. 

 

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.  This position requires that the employee possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement; strong interpersonal skills in a team environment a must.  Basic math skills required.  Demonstrated service skills.  Excellent verbal communication and people skills.  Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment.  Must be able to see and hear, and write and speak English; bi-lingual helpful.  Must be able to type repetitive keystrokes. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.  Must be available and flexible to work Saturday hours and after hours when needed.
